تُعدّ مرحلة التخليل قبل المعالجة ضرورية لتنظيف الأسطح، إلا أنها تُنتج أبخرة حمضية شديدة التآكل (مثل حمض الهيدروكلوريك، HCl). وإذا تُركت هذه الأبخرة دون معالجة، فإنها تُتلف المعدات، وتُعرّض سلامة العمال للخطر، وتُخالف القوانين البيئية. يتغلب مركزنا على هذه المشكلة باستخدام جهاز تنقية غازات حمضية متعدد المراحل وعالي السعة (برج التنقية الرطبة).
صُممت وحدة تنقية الهواء العمودية ذات الطبقة المعبأة لدينا من بوليمرات عالية الجودة شديدة التحمل ومقاومة للأحماض (PP/PVC)، حيث تسحب الهواء الحمضي مباشرةً من نفق التخليل المغلق تحت ضغط سلبي ثابت. وأثناء مرور الأبخرة صعودًا عبر وسائط تعبئة عشوائية متخصصة، يتم غسلها جيدًا بمحلول قلوي مُعادل يُرش من فتحات علوية. تُحقق هذه العملية كفاءة إزالة أبخرة الأحماض تتجاوز 99%، ولا تُطلق في الغلاف الجوي سوى بخار ماء نظيف ومتعادل ومتوافق مع المعايير.
