WEDONE Group operates a 10,000 m² manufacturing base for customized hot-dip galvanizing equipment and complete production lines. Our manufacturing scope includes zinc kettles, galvanizing furnaces, pretreatment equipment, fume-control systems, regenerative thermal oxidizers, industrial hot-air furnaces and other auxiliary equipment. The workshop is equipped to fabricate heavy steel structures and large customized equipment for both new galvanizing plants and existing-line upgrades.

Our manufacturing process covers raw material inspection, component preparation, cutting, forming, welding, machining where required, assembly and final inspection. Critical dimensions, welding quality and equipment interfaces are checked against approved drawings and project specifications. Preassembly, leak-tightness testing, functional checks and additional inspections can be arranged according to the equipment type and contractual requirements.

WEDONE can manage multiple equipment packages and project stages in parallel while maintaining coordinated production and delivery schedules. Each project is customized according to the customer’s product dimensions, required output, process arrangement, workshop layout and local operating conditions. The final manufacturing lead time is confirmed after the technical scope and drawings have been approved, with support available for export packing, installation guidance, commissioning and operator training.
