Please share your workpiece types, maximum dimensions and weight, target annual capacity, workshop size or site plan, preferred fuel, automation expectations and local environmental requirements.

Yes. A new plant begins with the overall process and layout. For an existing line, the first step is an operating review to identify the highest-value changes and confirm interface conditions.

How is the galvanizing line customized?
The line is configured around actual product mix, handling method, kettle size, pretreatment time, capacity targets, utilities, emissions limits and available space. The final proposal should state these design bases clearly.

What is normally included in a turnkey scope?
A typical scope may include engineering, core equipment, controls, environmental systems, installation guidance, commissioning and training. Civil work, permits and incoming utilities are normally allocated through a project-specific responsibility matrix.

How long does a complete project take?
The schedule depends on plant size, approvals, customization, shipping and site readiness. WEDONE confirms a project schedule after the design basis and scope boundary are agreed.

Remote diagnostics, alarm review, recipe management and operating-data functions can be included. Access level and cybersecurity arrangements are confirmed with the customer during controls engineering.
