Acid Gas Scrubber
The pretreatment pickling phase is vital for surface cleaning, but it generates highly corrosive acid fumes (such as Hydrochloric Acid, HCl). Left untreated, these vapors degrade equipment, compromise worker safety, and violate environmental laws. Our facility addresses this with a high-capacity, multi-stage Acid Gas Scrubber (Wet Scrubbing Tower).
Constructed from premium, heavy-duty, acid-resistant polymers (PP/PVC), our vertical packed-bed scrubber draws acidic air directly from the enclosed pickling tunnel under constant negative pressure. As the fumes pass upward through a specialized random packing media, they are thoroughly counter-washed by an alkaline neutralizing solution sprayed from top headers. This process delivers an acid vapor removal efficiency exceeding 99%, releasing only clean, neutral, and compliant water vapor into the atmosphere.
Every detail of our scrubbers is designed with galvanizing plants in mind:
Baghouse Fume Filter
Baghouse Fume Filter for Hot-Dip Galvanizing Lines
In hot-dip galvanizing plants, fumes and dust are generated from zinc kettles, fluxing areas, and material handling processes. These emissions contain fine zinc oxide particles and dust, which must be captured to comply with environmental regulations. The Baghouse Fume Filter is an efficient dust collection system designed to remove particulate emissions and ensure clean exhaust air.
Ultra-Clean Emissions: Our Advanced Baghouse Fume Filtration System
Capturing zinc smoke is only the first step; purifying it to meet modern environmental criteria is where our technology excels. Combined with our kettle enclosures, our facility features a heavy-duty Baghouse Fume Filtration System designed for high-efficiency, sub-micron particulate removal.
Equipped with premium, temperature-resistant filter bags and an automated pulse-jet cleaning mechanism, this system continuously separates fine zinc oxide dust and ammonium chloride particulates from the exhaust stream. By achieving a filtration efficiency of over 99%, we ensure that the air released into the atmosphere is thoroughly scrubbed and well below international emission thresholds. This robust filtration infrastructure guarantees that our manufacturing lines remain fully operational under the strictest global environmental mandates.
Baghouse Fume Filters are widely used for zinc kettle exhaust, fluxing tanks, shot blasting, and material handling areas. They effectively reduce dust emissions, improve workplace air quality, and support sustainable and compliant galvanizing production.
Fume Enclosure
Eco-Friendly Galvanizing: Our High-Efficiency Fume Enclosure System
Environmental responsibility is at the core of our manufacturing philosophy. To eliminate atmospheric emissions, our hot-dip galvanizing kettle is fully equipped with a state-of-the-art, heavy-duty Fume Enclosure.
When steel components enter the molten zinc bath, the automated enclosure completely seals the kettle area, trapping 99% of white smoke, ammonium chloride fumes, and zinc dust at the source. These captured emissions are immediately routed to a high-capacity baghouse filtration system for neutral treatment. This continuous containment not only complies with stringent global environmental regulations but also guarantees our global partners a secure, risk-free, and audit-ready supply chain.
1. Capturing over 99% of fumes right at the source, improving air quality.
2. Heavy duty steel construction.
3. Easy accessibility for skimming ash and maintenance.
4. Automatic door control, door positions are interlocked with extractor VFD control to save energy.
5. Keep the galvanizing workshop clean.
6. Protecting operators with built-in safety systems.
7. Reducing extraction requirements through uniform and efficient airflow.
When you add a White Fume Enclosure to your plant, you're investing in cleaner air, a safer work environment, and peace of mind knowing you're meeting environmental compliance standards.
Heat Recovery System
Heat Recovery System for Hot-Dip Galvanizing Lines
Hot-dip galvanizing involves high-temperature processes such as zinc melting, fluxing, and kettle operations, which generate significant amounts of waste heat. The Heat Recovery System captures and reuses this thermal energy, improving energy efficiency, reducing operational costs, and minimizing environmental impact.
Maximized Efficiency: Our High-Performance Heat Recovery System
Energy efficiency is a cornerstone of our competitive edge. The hot-dip galvanizing process inherently demands substantial thermal energy to maintain the molten zinc bath at 450°C. To minimize environmental waste and optimize production costs, our facility is equipped with an advanced, closed-loop Flue Gas Heat Recovery System.
Instead of allowing high-temperature exhaust to escape from the galvanizing furnace, our heavy-duty heat exchangers capture this thermal energy and redirect it back into the production line. This reclaimed heat is utilized to run our automated drying tunnels (pre-heating the steel components to prevent zinc splashing) and maintain the optimal temperature of our chemical pickling baths. By recycling our own energy, we drastically lower our natural gas consumption, translate fuel savings into more competitive pricing for our global clients, and ensure stable, uninterrupted plant operations.
Heat Recovery Systems are widely used in zinc kettles, annealing furnaces, and RTO systems. By reclaiming thermal energy, they improve overall plant efficiency, reduce fuel usage, and contribute to environmentally sustainable galvanizing operations.
