Wedone Environment & Energy Technology successfully completed the manufacturing, strict inspection,and safe factory dispatch of a customized, high-performance galvanizing furnace and zinc pot system destined for Turkey. This successful export delivery represents a significant milestone in Wedone's continued market expansion across the Mediterranean and Eurasian metallurgical sectors, reinforcing the company's capabilities in delivering heavy-duty, large-scale industrial thermal systems on a global scale.

The dispatched equipment package features Wedone’s proprietary combustion control technologies alongside a heavy-engineered zinc kettle designed to comply fully with strict international industrial specifications and operating standards. Reflecting Wedone's rigorous adherence to global health, safety, and environmental criteria, the core components have successfully obtained full European Conformity certification. The HDGF-1200 Hot-Dip Galvanizing Furnace satisfies the strict European Machinery Directive 2006/42/EC, while the accompanying Wedone-PLC-03 Control Cabinet meets the required EU Low Voltage and Electromagnetic Compatibility directives (2014/35/EU and 2014/30/EU). Built for excellent thermal efficiency and reduced emissions, the specialized system utilizes advanced structural materials and multi-layered insulation to withstand prolonged, high-intensity hot-dip galvanizing cycles, providing the client with a reliable, energy-saving production core. 

Given the massive dimensions and structural weight of the galvanizing components, Wedone's internal logistics team executed a precise container loading and structural reinforcement protocol directly within the production workshop. Utilizing specialized transport framing and rigid tie-down configurations, the large industrial equipment was safely secured inside standard containers to prevent shift or damage during international maritime and overland transit, ensuring a secure arrival ready for seamless on-site assembly and commissioning.
