On July 27, 2026, WEDONE completed the factory inspection and export preparation of a customized hot-dip galvanizing furnace and zinc kettle package. With South Africa as the target country, the project was developed around the customer's equipment interfaces, recorded dimensions and international transport requirements. It represents a coordinated equipment supply for a hot-dip galvanizing operation rather than the delivery of a single standalone component.

The factory-inspected furnace assembly measured 5,736 × 2,568 × 1,060 mm (L × W × H). The zinc kettle and protective plate package recorded for transport measured 4,500 × 1,500 × 1,210 mm. The project content included the furnace body and supporting structure, zinc kettle with protective plate, combustion and air/gas piping, blower, control panel, flue duct, insulation modules, refractory materials, side-suction assembly, cable tray and operating-platform components. Coordinating these items as one package helps maintain compatibility between the heating system, piping, controls and site-installed structures.

Before dispatch, WEDONE carried out dimensional verification, appearance and paint inspection, welding review, valve and instrumentation checks, control-panel inspection and pressure testing. The furnace inspection record shows a tightness test at 0.5 bar for 60 minutes with zero pressure drop and no leakage. A separate gas pipe-train inspection recorded an inlet test pressure of 17.4 psi for 60 minutes, also with zero pressure loss. After the required checks were completed, the equipment was accepted as ready for delivery.

For shipment to South Africa, the major assemblies were separated into transport-ready modules, protected with suitable packing materials and arranged for container loading. The loading photographs document the condition and organization of the equipment before export. By coordinating engineering, manufacturing, inspection, packing and logistics within the same project workflow, WEDONE prepared the   furnace and zinc kettle package for efficient overseas transport and subsequent site handling.
