Cost-Effective Emission Control Solution with High Thermal Efficiency

This Regenerative Thermal Oxidizer (RTO) is energy-saving VOC waste gas treatment equipment. It adopts ceramic heat storage media to recycle combustion heat, reaching over 95% heat recovery rate and above 99.5% pollutant removal efficiency.

With low-leakage customized poppet valves, flexible structural layout and small floor space, it consumes minimal fuel and can run self-sustainably under proper VOC concentration. Fully automatic control ensures stable and safe operation.

Customizable for printing, chemical, pharmaceutical and coating industries. Optional waste heat recovery devices produce hot water, steam or hot air to cut operating costs, fully complying with environmental emission standards.
