Direct Fire Waste Liquid Thermal Oxidizer
This direct-fired waste liquid thermal oxidizer treats industrial organic waste liquid. Under 850–1100℃ high temperature with sufficient residence time, its pollutant removal rate exceeds 99.99% to eliminate toxic organics and dioxins.
Compact integrated design saves space and costs. It supports multiple fuels and optional waste heat recovery for energy efficiency. PLC automatic control realizes unattended stable operation.
Customized for chemical, pharmaceutical and printing industries to dispose high-salt, halogen-containing waste liquid. Supporting flue gas cleaning, it ensures standard exhaust emission with no secondary pollution. Modular structure shortens delivery and installation time.
